Origin:
- It's most likely a local promotional wine jar, which jars proliferated since the 1980s–90s in rural China.
The translation for part of the side with the bamboo tree has the words "Divine Nourishment". The side with the round symbol includes the words, located at the bottom: "Pubei County Winery".
-The phrase Divine Nourishment suggests it once held a health-tonic wine, a common product category in China where herbs (ginseng, goji, etc.) are macerated in liquor to make medicinal or “tonic” wines.
-- Pubei County Wine Supply Co., Ltd., a beverage manufacturer based in Pingmu Town, Pubei County, Qinzhou.
-This vase is almost certainly a stoneware wine or tonic bottle produced for “Pubei County Winery.” Divine Nourishment on one face and Pubei County Winery on the other—point to a branded container for a local alcoholic tonic or baijiu.
Size is 9.5" tall by 4" diameter at it's widest point.

and incised decoration mirror rustic county-level stoneware.
Condition:
Pre-owned with excellent vintage character. No chips, cracks, or repairs. Natural kiln marks and slight surface variations attest to its artisanal production. Interior is clean and dry.
